TRANSMASCULINE PREGNANCY WITH PROFESSOR SUSAN BEWLEY

Our first event of the academic year 2022-23 will be a talk delivered by Professor Susan Bewley discussing a recent Systematic Review on Transmasculine Pregnancy.

The talk will aim to discuss answers to questions such as: What is the incidence of pregnancy among transmasculine people? What are the associations and clinical outcomes of these pregnancies? What are the health needs associated with this group in pregnancy?

The event will consist of a talk delivered by Prof Bewley, followed by an occasion to ask questions. There will then be an opportunity for discussion and socialising.

This event is taking place in collaboration with Trans Healthcare Now (a student-led volunteering project that aims to increase knowledge and awareness of trans healthcare inequalities within the UK).
